In the European Union, our SIM card can attach to any mobile network via national roaming, in Germany e.g. Telekom, Vodafone and Telefonica.
With the wherever SIM, your devices automatically connect to the strongest network at each location - because unlike M2M SIM cards from network operators, our SIM does not prefer a specific network.
For your project, you can choose from more than 480 networks in 181 countries. Near the border, wherever SIM also considers networks in neighboring countries.
We do not throttle. You always use the fastest possible speed on site. We support the technologies 2G (GSM/GPRS/EDGE), 3G (UMTS/HSDPA/HSPA ), 4G (LTE/LTE Advanced) as well as LTE-M. Regarding the use of NB-IoT and 5G, we are currently in talks with the network operators.
LTE-M is particularly suitable for devices that have to save electricity or are difficult to reach e.g. behind walls. Many network operators worldwide support this technology already and more are joining every week. Feel free to contact us for more details.
By default, our SIM cards support transferring data and text, voice calls upon request.
We know that with our M2M SIM cards we are an important part of your IoT projects and infrastructure. That's why security and reliability are our top priorities.
If desired, you can get your own private IP subnet (a private APN) from us. Access to the SIM cards is therefore only possible via a secure IPsec VPN connection and protected from third parties.
Each of our SIM cards has its own static private IP address, making it easy for you to access the SIM and device via the secure VPN. For a secure and easier remote access we also offer OpenVPN on request.
99,99 % availability through complete geo-redundancy of our data centers and a state-of-the-art architecture based on microservices.
Restrict the use of a SIM card to a specific device based on the IMEI (unique identification number of a mobile phone device).
We host our services within the EU and are therefore subject to the strictest data protection regulations worldwide.

All over the world, your device can log into over 400 mobile networks with the SIM card. In Germany, the networks of the three network operators Telekom, Vodafone and o2 are supported. Since the SIM card does not favour any network operator, your device can dial into the best available local network everywhere.
Due to roaming contracts, our SIM cards are allowed to connect to different networks – similar to the way your mobile phone would do if you were abroad. The difference is, however, that even high data volumes are cheap in many countries due to our good contractual conditions with local network operators.
Yes. By default, your device will automatically subscribe to the best local network. However, you can also manually configure a different network on most devices. Unlike network operators, we do not tell your device which network to use.
Yes, you can set a data limit (e.g. 500 MB per SIM card per month) for your SIM cards in the customer portal. You can also group SIM cards and set a different data limit for each group. If a set data limit is reached, we block the data traffic for this SIM card until the end of the month. You will also receive a notification on the portal when the limit is reached.
Each of our SIM cards has a fixed private IP address. Via a VPN tunnel to our Core Network you can easily and securely access these IP addresses. Please contact us if this remote access is important to you.
No, our SIM card is future-proof. As soon as we support 5G or NB-IoT, these technologies will also be supported by SIM cards already installed. It is not necessary to replace any SIM cards that are already installed.
We offer M2M SIM cards both with and without telephony. Please contact us if telephony is relevant for your use case.
