In 1st and 2nd level support, you will support our team with all technical questions about our product, onboarding new customers or independently processing customer inquiries. Of course, this also includes maintaining the ticket system. You take support seriously - when our customers face a technical challenge, you want to play your part in finding a solution. You retain full responsibility for your projects and can count on the support of the team at all times, even after intensive onboarding by your colleagues.
