Your mission

As a team assistant, you always keep an eye on our office and ensure a nice atmosphere and a smooth flow of daily business. You support our team in aftersales and after an intensive onboarding you are responsible for the technical and accounting setup of our customers. You take full responsibility for your projects and can always rely on the support of the team!

What you bring with you

2 years or more of commercial office experience
Very attentive and conscientious work
A clear customer focus and willingness to think outside the box
Good knowledge of common office programs
Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
Residence in Hamburg and surroundings
Pro-active and team-oriented work is a matter of course for you
