Your mission

Today, IoT infrastructure is an essential component of intelligent companies. However, many providers and network operators do not offer the necessary data infrastructure to help companies of all sizes achieve digital and automated success.

Your role:

Are you looking for a place where you can really create? That's exactly what you'll get with us! As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will have the freedom to help develop a new system, contribute your experience and turn your ideas into action.

Be responsible for the continuous development of our platform by incorporating feedback from more than 1000 B2B customers and users and developing our product according to the roadmap you have created.

Be part of the product team of development, product design and network specialists and work closely with our Managing Director Tim, the marketing team, the operations team and of course our suppliers.

Do better than the telcos and integrate go-to-market and customer success as central components of product success in product planning and implementation. Your responsibility does not end with development.

Your responsibilities:‍

Product strategy and roadmap: Development and implementation of a clear product strategy in coordination with the management team that meets market requirements and customer needs.
Operational freedom: freedom to develop new systems and implement your ideas, supported by valuable feedback from B2B customers and users.
Product Development: Leading a dedicated product team and working closely with Development, Operations and Product Design to develop innovative and user-centered solutions.
Go-To-Market: Work with the marketing team on the go-to-market strategy for new products or product features, including the development of core features that differentiate us from the competition.
Technological innovation: Working with the latest technologies to continuously improve our products and position ourselves at the forefront of the industry.

What you bring with you

Experiences: At least 5 years of experience as a product manager in software development, ideally in the field of IoT, telecommunications or network technology. Experience in working with DevOps teams and new technologies such as AI and cloud services.
KnowHow: Deep understanding of IoT technologies, network technology and M2M communication. Experience with SIM card management and mobile networks is an advantage.
‍Agileminimum: Proven experience in product leadership and the application of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban in product development.
Customer focus: Ability to translate customer feedback and user requirements into product decisions and to develop a user-centered product strategy.
Communication & Spirit: Strong communication skills and experience in working with interdisciplinary teams, including design, development, marketing and sales.
Project Management: Ability to lead projects from conception to implementation while effectively managing multiple priorities.
Strategy & Innovation: The foresight to keep an eye on industry trends, develop product visions and implement innovative solutions that set the company apart from the competition.
