Your mission

‍Do youlove a good conversation? Then you've come to the right place! You take care of incoming inquiries from interested parties - listen carefully, ask the right questions and work with them to find out how our solution can really help. With empathy, clarity and a genuine service mindset, you turn inquiries into partnerships.

Are you interested in technology & IoT? You find smart solutions exciting and enjoy providing customers with honest and solution-oriented advice - from the first conversation to onboarding. You show this: Technology can be understandable, personal and really helpful.

Do you have a heart for existing customers? You look after our small and medium-sized customers with care and attention. You are their reliable contact person - for repeat orders, new requirements or simply when there are questions. This creates a genuine connection - at eye level, respectful and sustainable.

Do you enjoy clarity and structure? You keep our CRM data clean and up-to-date, document your steps transparently and thus help not only yourself but also the whole team to work in a focused manner and grow together.

What you bring with you

  • You have gained initial experience in sales or customer service - whether as a career starter or career changer.
  • You are a good listener, communicate clearly and have a keen sense for people.
  • You are no stranger to CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot - and if you are, you learn them quickly.
  • You like to work independently, are solution-oriented and reliable.
  • You don't just want to sell - you want to understand, advise and create real added value.
  • You are fluent in German and can also express yourself very well in English

Nice-to-have:

  • You have some experience with cold calling and sometimes pick up the phone or approach customers via LinkedIn.
  • You are familiar with market or price analyses.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Product or Operations is not new territory for you.
