Your mission

With our passion for reliable IoT networking, we help companies to reliably connect their IoT devices in a wide variety of locations with our M2M SIM cards. We offer tailor-made, comprehensible solutions for complex challenges in the B2B and M2M sectors. We use the latest technologies to further expand our position in the dynamic, constantly changing IoT market.

We are now looking for you - a passionate and experienced marketing professional to further expand our marketing team, drive international lead generation and take it to the next level! You will not only strategically drive the development of new marketing channels and formats, but also keep an eye on the cooperation with our partner agencies in order to further expand the brand and customer journey together.

Here, you will take on the challenge of further expanding our marketing team, developing talent and maintaining an overall view of content, digital campaigns and the customer journey. Together with the leadership team, you will actively shape our growth and drive further development in the dynamic IoT market. Your responsibilities

Teamlead: You not only expand our dynamic marketing team, but also recognize potential in your team, specifically promote individual strengths and create a trusting culture of cooperation and personal responsibility. You will support your team as a sparring partner for professional exchange.
Marketing strategy: You develop a holistic marketing strategy that is closely coordinated with your leadership team. You will ensure that marketing objectives are clearly prioritized and that all measures contribute to the company's objectives.
Research & competitive analysis: You will work closely with our sales team, external agencies and the leadership team to analyze market trends and competitors. You will use the insights gained to optimize our marketing measures in a targeted manner and identify new growth opportunities.
Lead generation & growth: KPIs and reports show you and your team where adjustments need to be made. You coordinate the collaboration with the sales and product management team, collect all relevant information and ensure that your team successfully implements the strategies.

What you bring with you

Experiences: Proven experience in building and leading marketing teams in the technology industry (IoT, SaaS, Cloud). Not a must, but an advantage: Experience in international markets.

Multichannel marketing: Overview of all relevant marketing channels, from SEA, SEO, socials to PR or event marketing.
Strategy & Innovation: You have developed future-oriented marketing strategies, recognize new market trends and are not afraid of innovative technologies, such as AI tools, to ensure our competitive advantage.
Technical Interests: You have a basic understanding of IoT technologies and their applications.
Communication & Spirit: Strong communication skills as well as a flair for constructive feedback and experience in working with interdisciplinary teams, including product management and sales team.
