As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will manage our campaigns from A to Z - from strategy to implementation and optimization. You will develop cross-channel approaches, deploy resources in a targeted manner and test new formats to maximize our reach and conversion rates. You not only keep an eye on our KPIs, but also work closely with our creative and sales teams to take our marketing to the next level.

Strategy development and campaign management: You develop and implement performance marketing strategies that reach the right target groups on the right channels. You will focus on precise targeting and continuously test new approaches to increase our performance.
Performance measurement and resource management: Together with our Head of Marketing Jan Hendrik, you will create a KPI framework and dashboards to make data-based decisions. You will ensure that our resources are used effectively and that we deploy them in a targeted manner.
SEO and website optimization: In close cooperation with the content team, you will develop SEO measures, optimize our website and identify relevant keywords and topics for lead generation.
Innovation and competitive analysis: You keep an eye on trends, new tools and technologies to give us a competitive edge. You continuously test new approaches and formats.
Agency and team work: You hold the reins - manage external agencies and work closely with content, sales and design. At the same time, you will contribute to the further development of our marketing team and build up internal expertise.
Lead generation and growth: You plan, launch and optimize cross-channel campaigns along the entire funnel, always with the aim of generating qualified leads and pushing our customer growth. At the same time, you will test new approaches and platforms such as PMax and Demand Gen in order to scale our campaign portfolio.
