Your mission

Do you love it when design doesn't just look good, but really makes a difference? Do you know how to inspire digital users, make content an intuitive experience and use creativity to boost conversion? Then wherever SIM is the right place for you: as a Customer Experience Designer, you don't just design interfaces - you create real experiences within the customer journey that work. You combine analytical thinking with a keen sense of aesthetics, question the status quo and develop designs that guide users intuitively through our content. You will work closely with our performance and content team, test new ideas, contribute your own ideas - and use good UX to create a consistent experience from the first touchpoint to the long-term customer relationship.

‍Brandwith heart & attitude: You bring our brand identity into shape - uniform, clear and recognizable. You maintain our style guides and develop them further so that our communication appears consistent everywhere.

‍Understanding. Learning. Make it better: You carry out A/B tests, analyze the behavior of our users and derive measures for CX optimization - data-based and empathetic.

‍Structurethat creates freedom: You develop and maintain a design system that standardizes our visual communication while leaving us room for creativity and relevance.

‍Jointlycreative: You are part of the marketing team and work closely with content, performance and social media as well as external agencies, incorporate the user perspective into campaign concepts and create content that not only stands out - but converts.

‍Userexperience that inspires: You continuously optimize our website and landing pages - with a focus on trust and a clear eye for user guidance. This is how you ensure that curious visitors become enthusiastic customers.

What you bring with you

  • Several years of experience in CXI design - ideally with a focus on digital communication or branding.
  • Confident in using tools such as Figma, the Adobe Creative Suite and common prototyping tools.
  • Understanding of user behavior - you analyze, test and improve with enthusiasm.
  • An eye for detail - you know how colors, typography and layout influence brand impact.
  • Structured, independent way of working - you get involved, drive topics forward and enjoy working in a team.

Nice-to-have:‍

  • You have a basic technical understanding of HTML, CSS or JavaScript - this helps you to think better about your designs.
  • You can use motion design or animation to make experiences even more vivid.
  • You are familiar with accessible design and enjoy designing for everyone.
