As a Customer Experience Designer, you don't just design interfaces for us - you create real experiences within the customer journey that have an impact. You combine analytical thinking with a keen sense of aesthetics, question the status quo and develop designs that guide users intuitively through our content. You will work closely with our performance and content team, test new ideas, contribute your own ideas - and use good UX to create a consistent experience from the first touchpoint to the long-term customer relationship.
